Welcome 2025

I have never really enjoyed winter but doing chores is not optional. These animals force me to get outside every day and the benefits are tremendous. Traipsing through knee deep snow has never been so rewarding. I have found peace and grounding during an incredibly difficult time. The silence of the forest, the quiet snow falling, being surrounded by calm - I can only describe it as magic.

It took me a bit to take the plunge and promote the website. But here we are, 2025 and it is time to move forward. My new practice of meditating in the paddock inspired me to create the Present in the Paddock service. I hope you will join me. Come in any weather, dress warmly, wear your boots, and enjoy the serenity of the forest.
